Lou Verna

Introducing the Lou Verna. Bow tie pasta topped with jumbo lump crabmeat, blistered poblano peppers in a Rosa sauce with Garlic breadcrumbs. Lou was a coach, a lectern at Mass and all around good person. Didn’t have sons so he adopted the entire parish. Known for his disciplined style and tandem offense which essentially amounted to making sure wolfie and patsy took all the shots and Sunday team dinners.
