Introducing the Mary Babin. Blackened Halibut over a Parmesan risotto with honey balsamic Brussel sprouts and sweety drop peppers.
Mary was long time Sacred Heart parishioner where she lived with her husband John and children. She was gifted musician who played the organ in the loft at church with great dexterity.
Like many in her community she volunteered and got involved in many aspects of the neighborhood. The most important role was raising your own family and anyone of their friends that wandered by. Her children have gone on to be very successful using all the knowledge and values she helped instill in them. A nice Lenten fish seemed appropriate for the longtime organ player. #justforthehalibut, #notsurewhybabinsarenicknamedbuddles
