Grilled Pacific Sockeye Salmon served over orecchiette pasta with heirloom tomatoes and asparagus in a Parmesan thyme cream sauce with hint of lemon zest.
Ray was an old school Manoa patron who had a quick wit and like most of the neighborhood an opinion on many things. We wanted to name our most auspicious menu item to date after Ray. If he were still here we can guarantee this selection would be greeted with a dismissive hand wave and some choice words.
