Katie left this earth way too soon. She one of a handful of people who worked at two of the classics of Manoa lore. She waitressed at both Emmetts and Dolly’s. She was a kind soul with a friendly personality who loved being part of her core group of friends and the neighborhood in general. Think she would have enjoyed the new Manoa.
Great fun fact about Katie. If you have seen the movie, The Irishman, it’s based on Frank Sheeran. While it’s not depicted in the movie he was a Dolly’s guy. Katie was one of his favorite waitresses.
