Introducing another Manoa Tavern special. The Teddy Fine. Quesadilla with Candied Bacon, Avocado, Red Onion, Pepper Jack and Cheddar Cheese with Sriracha Sour Cream and Salsa.
Teddy was a great friend of ours from back in the Dolly’s and Emmett’s days. Him and his wife Barbara went on to open the very successful Slacks Hoagie Shack in Springfield. Was a great chef and better person. They passed away in a tragic fire three years ago this month. God bless them and their memory. We will put a few sheckles on some #4 horses in his memory. #healwayshadthe4horse
