To celebrate the impending spoils of summer, 4th of July, and the opening of Saratoga Racetrack, Manoa Tavern proudly introduces our first weekly special, The Joe O’Dowd.
Joe was a great story teller, horseman, writer and loved a nice summer drink with family and friends. His Halloween presentations are part of Manoa legendary lore. The Coach also held the designation of being proudly Irish while his legendary brother Dude claimed to be Scottish. God Bless them both. I think both would have loved The Manoa Tavern in its current iteration.
